WORKSHOPS, EVENTS & MEET-UPS
Let’s get together!
Here you’ll find a few way that I like to connect with other creatives. Building community and getting to know and be inspired by others is a big part of my passion and practice. Check-in every so often to see what new workshops I’m hosting, events I’ll be attending and/or local meet-ups I’m organizing.
If you have an idea for an event, workshop or meet-up, I’m all ears. You can send me an email to howdy [at] howdyjayme [dot] com.

Glue Stick
Round-tip scissors
Any other portable painting/drawing tools you might want to use or bring.

Tuesday Night Virtual Co-Working Sessions
Every Tuesday evening I’ll be hosting a virtual co-working session via Google Hangouts. We’ll do a heads down quiet work time for the first 30mins and then a critique and share for the second half of the hour. My hope is that we can just be another “body” in the room for each other when working late and from home can sometimes feel isolating and/or a team of accountabili-buddies for each other and our projects.
To join, please email me at howdy [at] howdyjayme [dot] com. (Spelled out to reduce spam)
Galentine's Workshop with Wildflower Caramels
Learn the super fun and satisfying craft of needle felting! This workshop is aimed at beginners but is open to anyone with or without experience felting. We'll be working on berets but feel free to bring an old sweater (maybe one that has holes that we can learn to patch!), gloves, a coat or any other natural fiber item and we'll teach you how to jazz it up.
